Drago Cacao Farm and Reforestation Project

This farm consists of 21 hectares of beautiful lush land. There are a variety of hardwoods and fruit trees already planted and maturing. Six hectares have been recently replanted with a new strain of cacoa. This new strain is easy to care for and resistant to many of the funguses that cacoa may get. The plants can produce 2000 pounds per year.

Aqua culture is another opportunity on this property as the property has a continually flowing underground spring near the surface. It is clean water with shrimp and small fish. There is a great building site on the hill. This is clean ROP completely fenced in. The owner has started the process for title and will pass that on to the buyer who can continue to proceed if they desire.

The property is accessible by a private road shared with other expats near the end of the Drago community. Many opportunities for the person that wants to be a semi-farmer and live a good productive life in Paadise.
